I promised myself a couple of months ago to work less as I averaged on 12 hours a day, six to seven days a week for the whole winter and spring. Together with my then prac student we wrote down on the whiteboard the goals for the company, things that had to be done as well as my own dreams. One of them was to have ‘more normal’ working hours, with at least every second weekend of and only work 9 to 9 twice a week, and finish at six all other days unless I had late clients booked in. So far I’ve had two weekends of, last one being one of them. And with my new ‘sparetime’ I’ve been able to do increase my training, sleep for a minimum of 7 hours every night, have all meals planned and prepared, and get more time with my husband and friends. Feels good! What are your goals and promises this year?
