Stupid Question 69: When will the Windows Phone SDK be available for all devs?

[To celebrate my first year of programming I will ask a ‘stupid’ questions daily on my blog for a year, to make sure I learn at least 365 new things during my second year as a developer]

The question I’ve been waiting for an answer for what seems like an eternity!!!

5 minutes ago it was announced that the Windows Phone 8 SDK will be available after the Build presentation tomorrow for download.
